Summary:

I am a Chartered Loss Adjuster with twenty years experience working in the insurance industry. Most recently I was the Team Leader of the north of England & Scotland Major Loss Unit for a national loss adjusting practice. This involved the management and co-ordination of accountants, surveyors, engineers and other claims specialists. I have taken an active role in case management and performance auditing. During the last two years I was a Director of one of the largest provincial commercial insurance brokers in the north-west of England. This involved close liaison with Underwriters and active participation in risk surveys and subsequent implementation of stipulated improvements.
